Clinique Générale-Beaulieu is very attentive to your well-being and your preoccupations.
Your questions, suggestions and any complaints are important to help us to improve the quality of the care and services that you would expect. We encourage you to share with us any dissatisfaction and we urge you without any hesitation to contact the head of the department which took care of you. Our medical director as well as our director of care are also available to you, and can be reached through our receptionists.
Mediation, in addition
In order to restore the dialogue between the patient and the caregiver, it is sometimes necessary to involve an independent and impartial third party, without decision-making power or hierarchical authority. For this purpose we can offer you a mediation service, which welcomes and listens to you, and gives you the opportunity of expressing the difficulties that you may have encountered during your visit to the Clinique.
Why mediation ?
Mediation can contribute to reconciliation between health professionals and patients by better communication and mutual understanding. Meditation makes our staff aware of your needs as well as those of your family and allows you to participate in improving the quality of care.
When is it useful ?
If you have a request, or you encounter a problem during your stay with us or during an examination at one of our institutes, please do not hesitate to contact the mediator by telephone or by email. You can also come to talk with the mediator in person, on Thursdays from 10h00 to 13h00 on the ground floor. You will be received with discretion and your exchanges will remain confidential. It is only with your consent and where necessary that the mediator will contact the persons or the departments involved in order to find jointly a solution to the situation described.
