Our ISO 9001 certification applies to all the surgical, medical and obstetric activities at the Clinic.
Our aim is to use certification to develop a quality strategy focused on the patient that enables us to better cater to their requirements, needs and expectations.
We have thus completely overhauled our services. This applied to our administrational and hospital procedures, but especially to the care provided to our patients in the Surgical and Radiology Units, Maternity Ward as well as our post-operative care. The entire hospital hygiene system has also been reviewed.
Implementation of this programme resulted in our becoming far more "customer-orientated".
Our new approach has led us to go far beyond the minimum legal quality requirements, implementing a Management Policy and ongoing quality improvements based on precise guidelines. Our comprehensive Quality Control is a Management component in its own right, in the same way as are our Administrative and Financial Management. As such, it is perfectly integrated into our Strategy, Policy and Planning.
These measures have enabled us to improve our institution and gain valuable, organisational knowledge. They have also contributed to our improved economic situation, which is in keeping with current trends in health care.
