Mission Statement
The Clinic's purpose is to care for sick or injured patients and mothers-to-be referred to us by licensed Doctors :
- by providing the most suitable treatment,
- as quickly as possible,
- at the most favourable price,
- ensuring maximum safety,
- in a manner as pleasantly as possible for the patient, his family and visitors.
The Clinic has undertaken to organise and co-ordinate each and everyone of the large number of activities involved by caring for our patients and their interests to their benefit. The staff members involved, continually emphasize the human aspects and approach to their work.
General Policy
We are resolved to implement a policy of ongoing improvement applying to all of our services and expenses throughout the Clinic. The key to this involves developing our human and material resources. Our general policy is based on the following five pillars :

A Practical Example: Quality Mail
Following our certification, Quality Mail was introduced to facilitate the circulation and communication of new ideas, potential improvements and complaints. These documents are available to everyone at the Clinic and allow patients, doctors, staff and visitors to express their opinions on how best to improve our services.
The Swiss Leading Hospitals
The Clinique Générale-Beaulieu is a member of the association of THE SWISS LEADING HOSPITALS. The best private clinics in Switzerland have been evaluated and grouped under this title. The private institutions affiliated to this association make every effort to ensure maximum standards of quality in the three areas of medicine, infrastructure and care.
The association was established in 1999 and currently has 16 members. Its objective is to include no more than 20 member institutions for the whole of Switzerland.
To be accepted clinics must meet 120 quality criteria involving doctors' qualifications, medical and nursing care, hospitality and administration.
