Under the direction of Yves Bassières, the clinic’s catering services employ almost 90 members of staff who do everything necessary to offer you a high-quality service.
You have a choice of two menus: the “traditional” menu and the "market menu", the latter being a lighter option inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.
When you are admitted, our catering services find out what you like to eat so that we can prepare your meals the way you like them. The products we use are always as fresh as possible and special attention is given to the quality of presentation. Our dieticians are happy to help with any special diet.
