No less than 80 people make up the Hospitality Service under the supervision of Mrs Odile Muller. A true Lady of the House, she ensures the smooth running and reputation of our institution. All of the staff members endeavour to convey the air of a Grand Hotel in the Clinic.
In our efforts to be everything to everyone, two menus are available: a full menu and a light menu. Each patient is asked about his tastes and eating habits upon admission to the Clinic. The menus are drawn up in line with patients’ specifications. Anyone can consult one of our dieticians for nutritional advice.
Only the freshest products are used and particular attention is given to presentation.
